Amazing and smooth experience.The lady at the reception and counter were very helpful.

Everything was good untill the person at the end who does the payment at Tawjeeh, such a rude person, zero csr skill and had a very bad attitude. Everything else was good, but that particular staffs attitude at the end ruined everything for me. The concerned authorities make a point to atleast tell them to show better behavior to customers, such an arrogant and rude person.

Today, last five minutes for closing time Tawjeehs ladies staffs are very helped me for payment of class. Really thanks to staff of tawjeeh center quisais. They are very politely behaved me.

Well Located Business Center. With close proximity to Hospitals , airport [10 Mins Drive], Metro and City Center, this location is serves is purpose very well. Recently opened were Prime Medical Center, Smart Tawjeeh Center, Tas-Heel Center, Cafes and many other offices.

Whenever I have called them they have never answered my call.Today also I have called them to inquire about Tawjeeh work timings in Ramadan and nobody picked up the call again as usual.I hope the concerned authorities look into this matter and solve this issue.

In this building Tasheel, Tawjeeh and Amer services are available with free underground parking space. Also Medical centre and pharmacy, coffee shop and many offices are there in this building. Neatly maintaining always.

It was an outstanding experience overall. If you are going there for Video lecture, i Would like to share my experience Step by step.1. Go to reception, they will allocate you Hall Number for lecture.2. At entrance hall, they will guide you to your allocated Hall Number.3. Take ONE HOUR video lecture and understand about your rights as an employee.4. After lecture Finished, proceed to reception and get Token Number.5. After getting Token number, proceed to cash counter and pay 170 Dirhams. They will give you E-Dirham Card with 166 Dirhams Balance.6. As your Token number announce, go to the counter. Show your Passport, Emirates Id and and scan thumb impression or signature. They will deduct 163 Dirhams from card.This all procedure will take maximum 10 minutes.

Neat building. Prime medical center and a Bakery Cafe at the lobby. For visitors, parking is limited in the front and will have to park behind or on sandy spots around the vicinity. On Fridays, the front entrance is closed and the building is only accessible from side entrances. Every floor has motion sensors which triggers the lights. Plenty of restaurants around the corner which delivers food to the offices. Also Westzone supermarket supplies to qusais plaza. Excellent security and maintenance teams at the facility. Basement parking available.

Very bad experience,Actually I went there for new E-signature card, but spent more than 2 hours.They should have to make the system faster and representative to stay their seat and serve wel.

Nice plaza and now Tasheel office is also opening soon here.
